I have applied to work at a pet food store. any advice ?

I will likely have an interview this week. Do you have any advice as to what I can hone up on now, in terms of knowing the product and answering customer questions? I have a dog and 3 cats and have been frequenting this store for some time. I really want this job and your comments would be appreciated. Thankyou.

Hiya just be positive, don’t try to put forward every piece of knowledge you have as it will make you seem ‘big-headed’, anyway, enjoy yourself and hold a positive attitude. Nothing should be asked totally out of the ordinary like ‘why do you want to work for us?’ ‘what do you plan on doing as a future career?’ ‘how many hours can you work?’ ‘are you flexiable?’ and any basic animal information on animals.
