I have 3 mice as pets. Money is tight right now? Pet store food is expensive. Are there safe foods?that I can give them from my refrigerator or cupboards that I can give them a few times a week instead of boxed food all the time?

My mouse food has seeds, oats, dried corn…you can also give them some bread and crackers, or buy some timothy hay, it goes a long way.
lol honestly I had pet rats for years growing up and we never bought them “rat” food.. We fed them table scraps hehe. Every now adn then a dog bone or two maybe soem seeds to help there teeth but its a mouse they eat anything. If want your rodent to stay healthy its fine to feed them simple healthy things such as bread, or veggies, or any natural foods really.
They’ll eat cardboard if they get hungry.
Give’em cereal.
If you can’t afford to feed three mice it’s time to move to a better town with more jobs
I would try inespensive dog or cat food..I don’t think they will complain
Just how expensive can it be to feed 3 mice? Lay off of 1 mocha latte a week or eat at home 1 extra day of the week.
Hay, poppies, wheats, oats, crackers, any fruits and most vegetables such as salad and carrots, and finally cheese.
oatmeal, peanut butter, cheerios, cheese, veggies.
fruit that they wont choke on
ok the
!cheese!
you can feed them
and maybe some
rice, seeds and
fruits ,chocolates !

I think any kind of nuts will be welcome by your hungry rodents. Check with a pet food store clerk though, they may give you additional ideas.
